We're looking for an experienced UA Manager to focus on managing and optimizing campaigns across Mintegral, scaling acquisition efforts, and enhancing automation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Working with projects of different genres and monetization types (AD, IAP, blended).
  • Launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns in Mintegral, understanding the principles of the algorithm, the impact of signals, parameters, and placements.
  • Operating 30+ projects in parallel using automation and internal tools.
  • Participating in the development and improvement of automation, reporting, and internal tools that help to effectively manage a large volume of campaigns.
  • Testing hypotheses for purchase growth, searching for new scaling points.
  • Communicating with network managers, understanding the specifics of Mintegral's work.
  • Working in a team of experienced UA specialists: sharing experience, discussing approaches, participating in solving complex cases.
  • Participating in improving UA processes and work pipelines within the team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in UA and gamedev.
  • Strong practical experience with Mintegral.
  • Solid understanding of Mintegral optimization types and how they work.
  • Understanding of creative architecture: placement structure and its impact on the algorithm ( without the necessity to write technical specifications).
  • Excellent knowledge of the UA funnel, KPIs, and purchasing strategies: tCPI, tCPA, tROAS.
  • Understanding of MMP, attribution models, including SKAN and probabilistic.
  • High stress resistance and ability to work with a large number of projects.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • English level - B1+.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with automation.
  • Experience in scaling high-spend purchasing.
