
User Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented User Acquisition Manager to join our team and help scale user acquisition efforts across a wide portfolio of mobile games.
We’re open to candidates with limited experience, as long as you have a strong drive to grow and learn.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across 30+ projects, focusing on genres like Idle Arcade and Puzzle.
- Work with games using AD, AD+IAP, and IAP monetization models.
- Use and help improve automation tools and reporting systems for more efficient campaign and project management.
- Test new hypotheses and creative approaches to increase acquisition volumes.
Communicate and collaborate with UA managers from partner companies. - Be an active part of a skilled and supportive UA team, sharing knowledge and ideas.
Requirements
- 2+ years of UA experience in mobile apps.
- Solid understanding of the UA funnel and key performance metrics, including experience working with tCPI, tCPA, and tROAS strategies.
- A data-driven and analytical mindset — you enjoy diving into numbers and identifying growth opportunities.
- English level B1 or higher.
Would be ideal:
- 1+ year of UA experience in mobile gamedev with any of major UA channels (Google , Applovin, Unity, Meta, Mintegral, TikTok etc)
