UA Manager (Google)

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our team and broaden our UA expertise. You’ll bring fresh ideas, test new approaches, and help scale a portfolio of 150+ mobile games, with a focus on Idle Arcade and Puzzle titles.

• Independently manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, ASA, DSPs.
• Work with a portfolio of 150+ games using ad-based, hybrid (ads + IAP), and IAP monetization models, with a focus on Idle Arcade and Puzzle titles.
• Identify growth opportunities and optimize user acquisition through creatives, targeting, and campaign strategies.
• Contribute to data analysis and develop hypotheses to scale user acquisition.

• 2+ years of user acquisition experience in the gaming industry.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (a priority) and Meta.
• Strong knowledge of attribution and key UA performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
