Accounting Specialist (Payments&Payroll)

We're seeking an Accounting Specialist (Payments&Payroll) to manage cash flows, handle payroll across multiple jurisdictions, and support financial reporting. You'll leverage your finance experience to optimize processes and ensure smooth financial operations in our international business environment.

• Work with cash flows of the group of companies (making payments, controlling receipts/debits of funds, interacting with banks)
• Collecting, preparing, and analyzing data for payroll calculation, calculating salaries in multiple jurisdictions
• Preparing contracts and related documents for company employees
• Collecting, preparing, and analyzing data for management reporting
• Managing company liquidity

Hard skills

• At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting in IT companies (preferably in making payments/payroll calculation)
• Confident knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to automate and optimize routine tasks and processes

Would be an advantage

• Experience with international payments and foreign banks, payment systems
