We’re looking for a System Administrator to join and strengthen our team

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the health and availability of company systems and services.
  • Providing technical support to employees on hardware and software issues.
  • Handling requests in the Service Desk system: logging, analyzing, and resolving tickets end-to-end.
  • Managing user accounts and access (email, domain, internal services, etc.).
  • Administering the company's Atlassian Cloud stack (Jira, Confluence): projects, workflows, permissions, and automation rules.
  • Administering the company's server infrastructure and network equipment.
  • Setting up and configuring workstations for new employees.
  • Installing and maintaining standard software.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a system administrator or in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS administration.
  • Understanding of networking (TCP/IP): configuring local networks, routing, VPN.
  • Experience administering Jira Cloud (project configuration, workflows, permission schemes, automation).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to find solutions independently.

    Nice to have
  • Experience with user and access management via Atlassian admin (SSO/SCIM).
  • Experience with monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus).
  • Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools.
  • Scripting skills: Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Go.
  • Knowledge of SQL (MySQL).
