About the role

We’re growing fast — first and foremost as a publisher, but also by developing our own games within our internal studio, and by helping external teams (whose games we publish) find and hire great talent.

That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us keep finding exceptional people.

This isn’t a “service” role — we’re looking for a true partner for business who dives deep into our products and internal tools, builds trust with hiring managers, and enjoys closing complex roles with intelligence and care.

Responsibilities

1. Run the full recruitment cycle

Sure, it’s the same as everywhere else — but with a bit more depth:

  • Gather requirements from hiring managers and help shape clear, honest job descriptions.
  • Search across all possible sources — from LinkedIn and ArtStation to niche communities and chats. We don’t have a separate sourcer, so you manage your own sourcing pool with full freedom and flexibility.
  • Conduct interviews at every stage — from the first recruiter screen to final interviews. We always pay close attention to soft skills, and we aim to speak the same language as both candidates and hiring managers — including technical details.
  • Coordinate and discuss job offers, run offer calls, and make sure the process leads to a successful hire.
  • Work with legal and administrative teams on contract and cooperation options.


2. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers

For us, a recruiter is not just someone who “closes positions,” but a trusted advisor and strategist.

We care about quality hiring, not just filling roles fast. The goal is to find the right people, not just the available ones.


3. Analyze the market and improve processes

Stay on top of talent trends, gather insights, and share them with the team.

Help us optimize and refine our hiring processes so we can all work smarter, not harder.

We’re big on collaboration — we constantly share knowledge and learn from one another.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • A high level of maturity, autonomy, and accountability.
  • Focus on business impact, people, and quality results.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in game development or a solid understanding of the gaming industry.
  • Experience using AI tools in your workflow.
