About the role
We’re growing fast — first and foremost as a publisher, but also by developing our own games within our internal studio, and by helping external teams (whose games we publish) find and hire great talent.
That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us keep finding exceptional people.
This isn’t a “service” role — we’re looking for a true partner for business who dives deep into our products and internal tools, builds trust with hiring managers, and enjoys closing complex roles with intelligence and care.
1. Run the full recruitment cycle

Work with legal and administrative teams on contract and cooperation options.
2. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers
For us, a recruiter is not just someone who “closes positions,” but a trusted advisor and strategist.

3. Analyze the market and improve processes
Stay on top of talent trends, gather insights, and share them with the team.
