QA Engineer (Web)

Apply

With over 8 billion downloads and 200+ games in our portfolio, we at SayGames think big. We don’t believe in bureaucracy or complex vertical structures—but we do believe in people and creative freedom. Our approach has propelled us into the top 3 publishers worldwide, and we have no plans to slow down.

We are a data-driven company, relying on analytics, cutting-edge technologies, and expertise. But our true secret lies in our people—their boldness and experience allow us to push boundaries, experiment, make mistakes, set trends, and uncover the secrets of success.

We’re looking for a Web QA Engineer to join and strengthen our Quality Assurance team.

Responsibilities

  • Participation in establishing core quality assurance processes on projects.
  • Manual testing web projects: the playable ads platform and the ad network dashboard.
  • Execution of test procedures and preparation of technical documentation.
  • Task planning and estimation.
  • Conducting API testing and validating client-server interactions.
  • Verifying analytics events and tracking relevant to ad delivery and campaign performance.
  • Reproducing, isolating, and clearly documenting defects; working closely with developers to drive issues to resolution.
  • Participating in release readiness checks and regression cycles before deployments.
  • Leveraging AI tools (Claude, Claude Code) to speed up test design, documentation, log analysis, and routine QA tasks.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in product/project testing.
Experience in functional and regression testing.
  • Writing test cases and checklists based on requirements.
  • Solid grasp of basic test design techniques (equivalence partitioning, boundary values, decision tables, etc.).
  • Log collection and basic analysis.
  • Analytics event validation (tracking, metrics, event payloads).
  • API testing experience (REST, working with Postman / similar).
  • Experience with Charles Proxy (or similar — Fiddler, mitmproxy, browser devtools network panel).
  • Understanding of client-server architecture and how web services work.
  • General understanding of how mobile advertising works: ad serving, ad networks, SDKs, creatives, impressions/clicks, basic ad-tech terminology.

    Nice to have:

  • Experience with Claude and Claude Code — confident using them for documentation, debugging, scripting, and day-to-day QA workflows.
  • Some experience writing automated tests (web UI and/or API — e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman/Newman, pytest, etc.).
  • Exposure to the playable ads / mobile ad-tech ecosystem (HTML5 creatives, MRAID, ad networks like AppLovin, Unity Ads, IronSource, Mintegral, etc.).
  • Experience working with internal tooling and dashboards rather than consumer-facing products.

Conditions

  • Hybrid work format—cozy offices in Limassol, Paphos, or Warsaw. Remote work is up for discussion
  • Flexible schedule—work at your own pace as long as you stay in touch with the team and get things done on time
  • Support for self-development—free English & Polish (or Greek) courses, conference and course reimbursements
  • Health benefits—medical insurance for you and your family, plus a sports allowance
  • Top-tier equipment—we’ll set you up with the best devices for a smooth workflow
  • Trips to Cyprus—we encourage workations and hold team events in our sunniest location
