Project Manager

We have a wide ecosystem of in-house products, we test many new hypotheses and MVPs. We are looking for a Project Manager to help us with this. 
For example, your current focus will include online web payments, web shops for in-app purchases in games, as well as launching new MVPs.

• Full-cycle project management: from concept and planning to release and support;
• Defining project goals and prioritizing the backlog;
• Monitoring deadlines, quality, and scope of tasks;
• Establishing and optimizing development processes;
• Engaging with stakeholders: gathering requirements, aligning expectations, and providing regular status updates;
• Analyzing release results, participating in retrospectives, and improving processes.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager;
• Experience with web projects;
• Understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and the ability to adapt processes to the team;
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers, analysts);
• Experience working with product metrics and an understanding of their impact on priorities;
• Experience working with Jira/Confluence/Notion.

Nice to have:

• Experience with mobile apps;
• Experience in game development or with mobile games.
