We’re looking for a Producer to join our internal studio and help us explore new game ideas through fast prototyping, gameplay experiments, and rapid product iterations.

– Experience in GameDev as a Producer / Lead Game Designer / Product Owner / Unity Developer.

– Experience working on commercially successful mobile games with 100k+ installs.

– Experience leading a small cross-functional team of 3+ people.

– Hands-on experience with game prototyping and fast product iterations.

– Good understanding of the mobile gaming market, game mechanics, balance, and game feel.

– Unity experience or a strong understanding of the technical side of game development.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant hypothesis testing and changing priorities.

– Indie / solo development experience or an existing mini-team will be a plus.

– Understanding of modern AI tools and how to use them to speed up prototyping and development.

– Create and launch game prototypes.

– Test new game mechanics and product hypotheses.

– Analyze the market, competitors, and successful gameplay patterns.

– Adapt strong mechanics for internal game directions.

– Work in a fast R&D cycle with a focus on both speed and quality of hypothesis validation.

– Help build and develop a small autonomous team.

– Quickly evaluate test results and make decisions about further development or stopping projects.
