We're looking for a skilled Motion Designer to create compelling video ads, develop innovative visual concepts, and craft engaging multimedia content for mobile game marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire process of creating advertising videos: from concept development to post-production
- Analyze the creative aspects of the mobile advertising market
- Actively participate in discussions and idea generation
- Analyze advertising effectiveness and optimize graphic and video materials
Requirements
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D graphics
- Strong knowledge of editing, composition, and animation
- Experience with Unity (project customization and in-game video recording)
- Experience with After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Blender
- Keep up with trends in advertising and mobile marketing
- Possess unconventional, creative thinking
- Ability to work effectively in a team and interact with other departments
- Capability to quickly adapt to new trends and technologies
- Independence and responsibility
- Portfolio with work examples
Would be a big advantage
- Experience in GameDev
- Proficiency with graphic editors (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Skills in audio editing (Adobe Audition, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, etc.)
- Ability to generate content using AI (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Luma, etc.)
- Gaming experience in mobile casual games (not mandatory, but welcome)
- Excellent time management skills
