We are looking for a Game Designer to further develop the project, even though it is already commercially successful and has the potential to be a hit. Additionally, we aim to expand the team, which currently consists of 3 developers and 4 Level Designers.
Responsibilities
- Working with game mechanics: developing concepts and technical specifications.
- Setting up configurations, including launch parameters and balancing events.
- Reviewing and evaluating game quality at various stages of development through build reviews.
- Monitoring new products and potentially interesting features in other games.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in supporting the feature development process.
- Experience in working with analytics: analyzing released mechanics, building hypotheses based on data to improve current mechanics and the project as a whole.
Requirements
- Experience in creation of GDD.
- Experience in feature and event development
- Ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely
Will be a plus:
- Experience working on casual projects
