We're looking for a Lead UA Manager for our team focused on Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and DSPs.

This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on campaign management.

You’ll lead a small team of UA specialists, improve processes, and collaborate with ad networks, while also running campaigns yourself and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

🔹 Leadership responsibilities:

  • Ownership of a team managing acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and DSPs.
  • Leading a team of 3 people: task allocation, prioritization, and regular 1:1 meetings.
  • Improving internal processes, including involvement in automation and reporting development.
  • Regular syncs with ad network account managers.
  • Aligning on priorities and performance reporting with the Head of UA.
  • Monitoring team-level campaign efficiency and identifying growth areas.


🔹 Hands-on responsibilities as a UA specialist:

  • Independently managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, ASA, and DSPs.
  • Working with a portfolio of 150+ games across AD, AD+IAP, and IAP monetization models, with a focus on Idle Arcade and Puzzle.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and optimizing creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Analyzing data and developing hypotheses to scale performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in user acquisition within the gaming industry.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (priority) and Meta.
  • Proven experience in a management role: building and optimizing UA team processes.
  • Deep understanding of attribution and key UA performance metrics.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven thinking.
  • English level B1+.
