SayGames is one of the largest mobile game publishers with over 8 billion installs across platforms and 200+ games in our portfolio

H8games is a small but experienced team of 13 people who have been making games since 2016. The guys have created Helix Jump, Handy Craft, Wacky Run, and the total number of downloads has crossed 600 million. There are 2 titles in release right now, but the focus will primarily be on the top idle arcade - Little Farm Story: Idlle Tycoon (IOS, Android).

We are looking for a Lead Game Designer to expand the team. The guys believe that to create something cool you don't need a big team, so they are actively involved and balance between different areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage the vision of the project's development. Formulate, maintain, refine, and communicate it to the team and stakeholders.

• Work in detail on key aspects—content expansion, economics, monetization, Live Ops.

• Create an iterative development plan and fully manage its implementation and analysis of results.

• Continuously improve the game, development processes, tools, and approaches to design and production.

• Work closely with analytics, manage the testing process, analyze results, and identify weaknesses and opportunities for growth.

• Stay up to date with new projects in the genre and maintain a current gaming perspective.

• Mentor, develop, share knowledge, and help other people on the team improve.

Requirements

• 2+ years of managing a small team or project independently, with experience in forming a vision, roadmap, and working closely with the team.

• Excellent game design skills with experience working on mobile free-2-play projects. Preferably in Idle, Idle Arcade, Midcore, Battler, 4X genres.

• Excellent understanding of metrics and working with analytics.

• Experience managing a team and creating a results-oriented work environment.
