Influencer Marketing Manager

We're looking for our first Influencer Marketing Manager who will be responsible for creating and implementing an influencer strategy and working with organic traffic.
Your task is to develop campaigns to increase game brand awareness and attract new users. You will work with bloggers and streamers, manage partnerships, and develop more experimental approaches to working with non-paid traffic, analyzing results.
Responsibilities
- Develop influencer marketing strategy and tactics from scratch
- Conduct research on market cases, apply best practices
- Search for and establish contacts with influencers
- Organize and coordinate advertising campaigns
- Conduct negotiations, manage budgets
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, PR and/or SMM
- Knowledge of the gaming industry and trends in influencer marketing or a desire to dive into them
- Ability to independently define goals and objectives, build processes
- Fluent English
