We are a growing team of passionate game dev enthusiasts. Our focus is on the quality of our games, and we deeply value the individuality of each team member.


We are developing Thread Jam (Google Play, App Store) a casual 3D puzzle game where players untangle intricate knots and solve challenging levels.

The game is already showing excellent metrics, and we are now looking for an experienced LiveOps Game Designer to take full ownership of in-game events, monetization, and player retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop events and activities to enhance long-term player retention.
  • Analyze metrics and player behavior to adapt content for better engagement.
  • Design and optimize monetization mechanics to support a live game.
  • Formulate and test hypotheses for A/B testing in collaboration with analysts and level designers.
  • Implement data-driven changes and track their impact on key metrics.

Requirements

We are looking for a LiveOps Game Designer who:

  • Has 3+ years of experience in mobile game design.
  • Understands how to balance game economy and manage LiveOps activities.
  • Has deep knowledge of game metrics and monetization mechanics.
  • Has experience conducting A/B tests and analyzing their results.
  • Has worked on successful full-cycle projects, from concept to release.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with Unity.
  • Knowledge of ML/AI principles and their application in game design.
  • Proficiency in Machinations.io.
  • Experience making key design decisions.
