About the role:

We are looking for a Game Designer with 3+ years of experience to further develop Color Slide (iOS/Android), even though it is already commercially successful and has the potential to be a hit.

Responsibilities

  • Work with game mechanics: developing concepts and technical specifications.
  • Setting up game configurations in Unity and the admin panel.
  • Analyzing the results of developed features.
  • Improving existing features to achieve feature/project targets in collaboration with the project producer.
  • Work with game analytics and balance: formulating hypotheses to improve metrics for both individual features and the product as a whole, in collaboration with the project producer.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team and participate in fine-tuning monetization and the product’s internal economy.
  • Monitor new products and potentially interesting features in other games.
  • Oversee and manage the event development process from prototype to release in collaboration with the project manager.Review and evaluate the quality of game versions during development by reviewing builds (on a regular basis).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer in mobile F2P games of which at least the last 2 years with hybrid casual/casual genres.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile gaming market, mobile game monetization models, and hyper-casual/casual games.
  • Experience with game analytics and conducting A/B tests.
  • Experience creating game documentation: game design documents, concepts, and technical specifications.
  • Ability to express your thoughts clearly and accurately and communicate information to the team (artists, programmers, designers, testers, and analysts).
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Interest in global gaming trends.
