We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to take ownership of management reporting, consolidate financial data, and deliver clear insights that support strategic decisions. You’ll play a key role in analyzing company expenses and building a solid financial picture in a dynamic international environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with financial data within the management accounting system (data consolidation, cleansing, and parameterization in accordance with economic substance)
- Collect, verify, and consolidate company expenses (OPEX-CAPEX)
- Participate in the consolidation and automation of management reporting
- Contribute to the implementation of a BI system
- Prepare analytical and informational reports based on management requests
Requirements
Hard Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in finance or analytics (preferably FP&A)
- Understanding of basic principles of management accounting and reporting
- Experience in preparing and analyzing management reports (experience in cost analysis is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (working with large datasets, using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query)
- Experience with Power BI (or other BI tools)
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Ability to automate and optimize routine tasks
Will be a bonus:
- Above-basic knowledge of DAX and experience in building models in Power BI
- Intermediate+ SQL query writing skills
- Experience in developing financial models
