One of the areas where we help our partner studios is providing high-quality customer support for their projects. We’re now expanding the team and looking for another talented specialist to join us.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: handling user inquiries on game-related issues (written communication);
  • Collecting and analyzing information about in-game bugs and problems;
  • Analyzing player feedback and providing reports to the development team;
  • Updating the FAQ database, writing and translating game instructions and automated responses;
  • Working with user reviews in app stores.

Requirements

  • From 1 year of experience in Customer Support within the game industry (experience with casual games is a plus);
  • Understanding of the gaming market and a strong desire to learn more about it;
  • Willingness to work with large volumes of information;
  • Strong self-organization skills;
  • Ability to establish rapport and build long-term relationships;
  • Ethics, politeness, and patience;
  • English at an Advanced level (excellent written communication skills in English and Russian).
