We're looking for a Creative Marketing Analyst to join our team. Our role sits at the intersection of the Creative and UA teams.

Responsibilities

1. Analytics & Strategic Evaluation

  • Building and validating creative hypotheses based on data.
  • Designing and running A/B tests (including settings, configurations for playables, and content).
  • Conducting creative health checks across projects: identifying weak spots and growth opportunities, especially in the synergy of video creatives + playables + store assets.
  • Benchmarking: monitoring the market, competitor analysis, identifying and comparing best practices.
  • Analyzing creative performance, including through game analytics, marketing analytics, and playables.

2. Creative Concept Development & R&D

  • Participating in the development and validation of creative concepts — at both the creative and product levels — from idea to final concept.
  • Collaborating closely across creative, product, and marketing teams (motion and playable teams, UA), ensuring alignment and supervising work that requires tight cross-functional cooperation.
  • Participating in brainstorms and generating ideas for experimental creatives.
  • Testing hypotheses in uncertain conditions — from test design to result analysis.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing analytics, game analytics, or creative analysis, including working with tools like Sensor Tower.
  • Strong skills in designing and interpreting A/B tests and understanding experimental design principles.
  • Understanding of UA fundamentals in game development: how ad networks operate, including placements, network types, and creative formats (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Experience analyzing video creatives and playables, with the ability to recognize metrics that indicate problems or growth potential.
  • Proficiency in working with data (BI tools, spreadsheets, visualization).
  • Ability to formulate hypotheses, test them, document findings, define action points, and build feedback loops.
  • Strong communication skills: the ability to clearly articulate a vision and convey it effectively to the team.
