BI Analyst (Financial Team)

We’re looking for a BI Analyst to help build and scale our financial analytics infrastructure.

• Develop and maintain the BI system within the finance team: set up ETL processes, build data marts, and automate data ingestion and transformation from various sources;
• Design reports and dashboards: create visual reports in Power BI to monitor key financial metrics (including OPEX and CAPEX), and build interactive dashboards for management;
• Ensure data quality: consolidate, structure, validate and clean data; formalize business logic and define metric parameters;
• Automate analytics: contribute to the development of management reporting systems and analytical models in collaboration with FP&A specialists.

Hard Skills:

• 1+ year of experience as a BI Analyst/ Data Analyst or Technical Financial Analyst;

• Tech stack:

  • Power BI - above-average proficiency (data modeling, visualization, DAX);
  • SQL - Intermediate+ level;
  • Excel - solid skills (working with large datasets, advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query);
  • ETL processes (Power Query required; Dataflows / Python is a plus);
• Understanding of data modeling principles (star schema, normalization, relationship types);
• Ability to automate and optimize reporting and routine processes.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Python;
• Knowledge of financial terminology and key metrics (P&L, Cash Flow, OPEX);
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with finance and product teams;
• Experience building financial models.
