About the Role
In addition to publishing partner projects from external studios, we also create our own games. We are now looking for an experienced 3D Generalist to help further develop our current projects.

Responsibilities

Visuals and Content

  • Creating game assets, including characters, environments, and other in-game elements.
  • Modeling (low-poly, mid-poly), UV mapping, texturing, and coloring in the chosen visual style.
  • Creating environment assets for game levels and game characters.
  • Working in Blender (creating animations, using Blendshape and Deformer, etc.), exporting assets to Unity.
  • Concepting and collaborating with game designers to develop unique visuals and features.


Working in Unity

  • Integrating created assets into Unity and collaborating with other team members to ensure successful implementation in the game.
  • Building game scenes: working with prefabs, hierarchy, lighting, cameras, and effects.
  • Creating game effects using Unity Particle System, working with materials and shaders in the engine.
  • Rigging, skinning, and animation: setting up skeletons and controls, weights, exporting and setting up animations from Mixamo, configuring animations in the engine.
  • Basic work with UI elements and interface layout in the engine.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the game industry.
  • A relevant portfolio.
  • Strong proficiency with 3D software (Blender or Maya).
  • Strong experience with Unity.
  • Understanding of design principles, composition, form, and color.
  • Ability to work with different artistic styles.
  • Willingness to come up with original solutions for various tasks.

Nice to Have

  • Good skills with 2D software (Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator); experience in UI and interface layout.
  • Confident experience with various AI tools.
